In the home stretch #rebreather

Recommended Posts

So I'm finally finishing this project up after two years. I'm in the home stretch. I read all the post on rebreathers and build this with all the knowledge I was gifted by all the posts before me.. thank you to all.

I switch half way through to mini spray paint rattle cans. The narrowness felt more accurate to me.

The only real thing I added as my own touch so far was grind/file of the extra bit on the bottom of the brass coupling. That again seems more screen accurate.

please any additional help or advise is welcome.

It does look too big, I used a cap from a Tropicana orange juice container.

The cap does look a bit large. I took Arcturus advice and used wd 40 caps and cut them down. It worked on mine and looked good.

Looks great. Where'd you pick up the flare nuts? I am having a heck of a time sourcing adequate ones.

Looks like you forgot the raised rib that runs around the center. I hated building my breather, worst part of the whole build.
